7 Minute Workout





7 Minute Workout?!?!  Could that possibly do ANYTHING?!?!
Well, I'm here to tell you ...YES!
When my Wife & I get too busy for our regular CrossFit Workouts we adjust to our "Back-up" Plan!  The infamous "7 Minute Workout"...its a FREE APP on your mobile device...it ONLY takes 7 Minutes & it will improve your fitness level in as little as 2-3 weeks when done consistently!  3-4X/week is all you need and its ONLY 7 Friggin Minutes!  NOBODY has an excuse!  It's a Core Exercise Routine that involves NO Weights..just YOU & YOUR Body doing Basic Core Strengthening movements...The FREE APP shows you the Movement & begins the countdown to start then Clocks 30 Seconds for each of the 12 Movements for a Total of 7 Minutes!  If you have a problem with any of the movements just SCALE them to your ability or you can YOUTUBE a video which will demonstrate how to do the proper form for each movement!

The 7 Minute Workout is a GREAT INTRO to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Workouts) which can lead you into a System of Health & Fitness made for all ages!!!  The Beauty of these types of workouts is "Scale-ability"!   You can "Scale" the intensity to your level of fitness, which makes it so anyone can progressively increase their personal level of Fitness!!!  
For instance, if your current fitness prevents you from doing traditional "Push-ups" then you simply "Scale" the movement by doing "Push-Ups" with your hands on a counter-top with your feet on the floor & after a few weeks you'll be able to move down to the floor position with your knees on the ground push-ups...then eventually you'll be able to do traditional "Push-ups"!!!  So, you "Scaled" that movement until you were able to do the exercise!   So, Start 2day...I know you have at least 7 Minutes to get fit!!!
